What I Earned ,What I Lost
When i enrolled for MBA in SIBAR ,I had great expectations from MBA course and teaching .I heared a lot about these business schools previously that it is very good experience and they provides very good learning experience .But as one month passed away i started realising that it is just a book learning in pune university that too making crowd for all college that actually hampering the quality of education.No of colleges has been increased to 60% that too increased a seats .
Here I just studied from books only ,less emphasis was given to case studies and practical learning .It was just mug something and write and answershit thats all .So finally it is the students responsiblity to find out new things and reasd as much as he can ,so I did.
Finally the quality of this MBA colleges has been degredaed and this total system is really not suitable for effective learning .Students should understand the real meaning of doing MBA , I was looking for real life experience from these colleges that will add something extra ,but here they are chasing syllabus and marks only .
Main reason for doing MBA after engineering was to get some extra angel and dimensions to engineering and thus MBA has given me something extra view and sense.Now i can understand the Share Market and also have some knowldege about 'why people shout a lot after Budget',What is inflation ? and all these .Though these colleges are not giving best inputs but this environment gives a lot to you .A sense of completeness comes after this you can understand any complex business process and terms and you can do a job very wel in any structured and unstructured environment .
"What type of job do you want ?" if somebody asks this question to me ,I am still dont have any damm idea about it.Just being a Marketing guy ,I just know I will get job easily .That too a problem of that education that is provided .Information availability is more but power of analysis is very low in this Low grade business schools .High expectations from students and parents and hecting job market ,here we face huge competition from different sectors increasing number of engineering students and freshers has led a new dilema about jobs.
well in these two years I lost my opportunity cost "If i would havce gone for engineering job " but I earned a diversified knowlwdge .
I just want to advise my friends that "Just dont rely to much on these schools do your research by your own and create your own methods and learn by practically"

Emergency Landing
It was the time when everyone in my batch was looking for placements and formatting their CV's searching for the good companies and preparing for Aptitudes .I was in no mood to go for any placement because of my entrepreneurial behavior some experiments by me showed that 'I can earn money very easily' well that was my assumptions about current market and situation.
I always wanted to do some extra and out of box activities and that's why I made a mind to do my own ,during this period I started a small company but in usual way it get flattered due to lack of experience and then I started o thinking about my own teaching institutes where I wanted to give best training in all technical fields and so, after my engineering I started a institute called ASCENT .
It was very hard and tough time for me because being a scholar if you are thinking something different than traditional you would be called as 'Psycho' in simple term so I was......its been two months for me waiting outside the institute and searching for the student whole day ,that days I understood meaning of pateience and risk. It was a straight foreward call without any backup and I did not sustain there so its finally time to quit for me ,and i quite with huge pressure on my mind.
These three months after my engineering made drastic change in my life and attitude and I was afraid of everything, some kind of unknown fear made me unconscious always .Here I lost confidence and faith and started looking everywhere for some hope .I was like a wingless bird who wants to fly but couldn't.
One day something alarmed me that I have given a MBA CET and obvious option of doing MBA came in my mind and I made my mind to get some experience and business knowledge .I never wanted to do such a thing, that's why I did not give that CET very seriously and finally it came to help me .Well now I am gonna to live my student life again and waiting for result and my allotted college was "Sinhgad Institute Of business Administration and Research "(SIBAR) .People advised me to go for repeat and try for good college but I know it will kill me .preparation gap could have made addition in my depression so I made choice to continue whatever I got .
So my plane went in wrong direction and due that I have to land in emergency .That was my emergency Landing .
